The Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate was created to support the faculty, students and real estate industry through research, guest lectures, job placement, executive education, fundraising and events.
New Opportunities for Students
The Institute recently announced several significant scholarship funds and internship initiatives for its students.
Academic Programs
The Institute offers an undergraduate Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in Real Estate and three graduate degree programs, a Master of Science in Real Estate, a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate and a Master of Business Analytics degree with a concentration in Real Estate. These degree programs offer specialized classes and an inter-disciplinary approach combining urban economics with "hands-on" real estate learning. The Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program gives real estate professionals with certain current professional certifications in the real estate industry the opportunity to receive a credit of 12 graduate semester hours towards the completion of the MSRE degree.
The Institute also offers two graduate certificate programs 鈥 Real Estate Finance and Investment and Real Estate Development. These certificates offer focused knowledge in their respective disciplines using the 鈥渉ands-on鈥 and 鈥渋ndustry-knowledge鈥-based learning represented in all of the department's courses.

MBIRE 23rd Annual Real Estate Gala
MBIRE is proud to have completed its 23rd Annual Real Estate Gala. This year鈥檚 event was a wonderful acknowledgement of the impact and influence of our 2024 Industry Leadership Award honoree Regina Stilp, founding principal of Farpoint Development.
With over 300 tickets sold for the gala, MBIRE has also currently raised $200,000 towards benefiting the students and industry education programs of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at 暗网禁区破解版.

The Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate supports the education of its students and the continued success of its alumni through its numerous programs and resources.
History and Leadership
With the establishment of Chicago鈥檚 first graduate degree in real estate in 2002, and the formation of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate in 2006, the Institute supports 暗网禁区破解版鈥檚 real estate faculty and students and leaders of the commercial real estate industry as it prepares the next generations of real estate industry professionals. The programs managed by the Institute have graduated more than 400 students as of 2024.
